Role Overview:
 The HR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, documentation, onboarding, payroll coordination and overall workforce support. The role ensures smooth HR operations and helps maintain a productive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing and selection.
  • Manage onboarding processes, prepare employee files and maintain updated HR records.
  • Coordinate attendance, leaves and payroll-related data with accuracy.
  • Support employee engagement, grievance handling and workplace communication.
  • Ensure company policies, HR procedures and statutory compliance are followed.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, contracts and other documentation.
  • Assist management with workforce planning and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain a positive and professional HR environment across the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, basic labour laws and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organised and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (optional but preferred).
